Feria Fan

Here's a really easy project to celebrate 'Feria'
A very easy project that can be used with 'Feria' vocabulary and vocabulary images could feature on the fan, too. You can make this with minimal materials ...if you don't have card, use A4 paper

Materials
-Coloured A4 card (Use a lighter-coloured card so you can draw on it)
-Doilies (optional) ...They usually come free with paper plates
-'Pritt stick' glue (optional if using doilies)
-Coloured pens (board markers are ideal)
-Tape

Stage 1
-Place A4 card horizontally (place in front of you so it is landscape/wider horizontally)
-Fold 2cm part over, turn over all card, fold again, turn over, etc
-Put glue on both side edges (optional)
-Cut the decoration part off doilies and cut into sections
-Stick on, so the doily part is over-lapping
*If you don't want to use doilies, you can cut a semi-circle shape at the top end when the fan is folded for a more decorative edge

Stage 2
-Decorate with circles or 'Feria' images

Stage 3
-Fold in half
-Join the middle together with tape
-Use tape to secure the bottom part so you can hold it
-' Fan!'
*Alternatively, you could fold A4 card horizontally but placed in portrait/longer from top to bottom but without folding in half (as in photos below) which makes the fan bigger but it doesn't span as wide
See more Feria projects (updated soon). Good work, Olivia!
