Halloween Bat display

Here's a classic Halloween project. A Halloween bat display with stencil provided.
Materials
-Pencil
-Black card/black paper (A4 size for 2 bats)
-Scissors
-White stickers/white paper to stick on (optional)
-Red pen (optional)
-Blu-tac to stick on wall
-Stencil (optional)
Stencil: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B6Ak_SGbjeorc2JNLTJGZzZ5MEE

Stage 1
-Use Stencil provided. Draw and cut out on black card/paper
(If you can't get black paper, you could photocopy a page with no image, but this uses a lot of ink)

Stage 2
-Fold vertically following the lines of the bat 'ears' and at the 2 on each w'wing'

Stage 3
-Add 'eyes' and 'fangs' using triangles cut out of white stickers/paper
...And stick to the wall!

*You can use this craft project in the classroom by getting students to practise English using the models ...'How many bats are there?', 'It lives in a cave', 'It flies', 'It has got ..', etc.

Or attach to a peg (pritt stick on a wooden peg) to wear!

Happy Halloween!
