Seahorse made from paper plate

Materials
-Paper plate
-Paint and paintbrushes
-Marker pen or board pen
-Decoration (stickers, shiny paper, etc)
-String or blu-tac to attach

Stage 1
-Draw stencil on half the paper plate
(if doing a few, then cut out the first and use as a stencil to draw the others)
-Cut out

Stage 2 
-Paint the underside of the plate. Allow to dry

Stage 3
-Once dry, draw outline and curly tail with marker pen

Stage 4
-Add string or blu-tac to the back. Decorate!
